Our story
Polaris S.A. was founded by professionals with backgrounds in finance, enterprise technology, and international business. Having lived and worked between Europe and Paraguay, we saw a clear gap: European capital and commercial interest in South America had no reliable, professionally run local counterpart.
We built Polaris to be that counterpart. A single, legally registered Sociedad Anónima in Paraguay that can import, export, invest, and build companies — without layers of intermediaries or offshore complexity.
Paraguay offers one of the most competitive environments in the world for business and investment: a flat 10% income tax, zero wealth tax, zero inheritance tax, strong property rights, and a dollarised real estate market.
